Here’s a glimpse into her story:
Growing up I was taught to seek the expectations others had of me and meet them.
This became troublesome when I was 11 and grief stricken. No one taught me how to process the death of my grandfather and the loss of my friends while switching schools.
With a smile on the outside and an inner world overwhelmingly lost I began to numb at age 12 with substances. Switching it up with working too much in my 20s at which time I obtained my Chartered Accountancy designation in 2006.
Then at age 34, 8.5 months pregnant with our first born, I had a stillbirth.
I chose to dive heart first and not drown the memory of my son in substances or work. And this is what happened? I found myself and a wealth of wisdom within me. You know they say the answers you seek are already within you. THEY ARE!
My “window of wisdom” is when I create space within my thoughts, deepen my breath and expand my constricted muscles.
It removes a false sense of urgency, gets me off the hamster wheel of thoughts and out of the tunnel vision of the problem.
New ideas enter here, opportunities present themselves, creative solutions arise.

This is where self-trust is built. When paired with logical structures, momentum is gained in business and profit. I've seen it again and again with myself and my clients.
My “window of wisdom” took me:
from the corporate world to running my own business when experts told me it was a bad idea to open a business in a pandemic (2020)
Through tight cash flow times when I took 4 months off to grieve the passing of my mother in 2022 and two months into that my husband quit his job. Logic said it would not work. I had no money saved up. Guess what? It worked out.
